October is one of the most productive times for fish. Sardine fish also has a different taste. It was a very good recipe for those who do not want to fry and are looking for a different recipe. Ingredients for Baked Sardine Recipe

For fish:

  • 10 sardine fish ( bone removed)
  • 3-4 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil

For the hash browns:

  • 1 potato _
  • 1 carrot _
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • 1 egg _
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

For the above:

  • 1 tablespoon red onion (or pickled red onion)

How to Make Baked Sardines Recipe?

  • We grate potatoes, carrots and onions for the hash browns. We chop the greens finely.
  • We add the remaining ingredients and mix well to get the consistency of hash browns.
  • We take 1 spoon of hash browns and place them on the baking tray, spaced apart.
  • We put the sardines, whose bones we have separated, in a bowl, pour salt and olive oil on them and mix them.
  • We coat them all thoroughly in corn flour and place them on the hash browns, skin side up.
  • We drizzle a little more olive oil over it and bake it in the oven until golden brown.
