  • 100 grams shallot
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 grams of pitted green olives
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon pickled capers
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1/4 bunch of dill

How to Make Baked Sea Bass Recipe?

  • Remove only the bones of the filleted sea bass fish that remain on the skin.
  • After peeling the shallots, leave them whole. Remove the stem parts of cherry tomatoes.
  • Slice the garlic thinly and leave the drained pickled capers whole.
  • Season the fillet sea bass slices with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Place the shallots and garlic slices between the fish on a small baking tray.
  • Sprinkle cherry tomatoes, pickled capers and pitted green olives on top.
  • Finally, after adding olive oil, cover the filleted sea bass with baking paper and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
