The weather is getting colder, it's time to eat some fish. It was so delicious, especially the vegetables put underneath! One of the dishes you can eat a lot and never regret. Moreover, there is no oil around you like cooking fish in a pan, you can save it with minimal odor.
For fish:
- 4 sea bream
- 6-7 small potatoes
- 2 onions _
- 2 carrots _
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon _
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 teaspoons of butter
For sauce:
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
How to Make Baked Sea Bream with Sauce Recipe?
- First, let's wash our fish and put them in a strainer. Let's chop our vegetables and arrange them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let's add salt and pepper according to our taste.
- Let's put the fish on top of the vegetables. Let's move on to preparing our sauce.
- Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and spices in a small bowl and rub it well between the fish, on the top and bottom.
- Let's put a small piece of butter between each fish. Let's cover the tray with wet baking paper.
- Let's first bake it at 250 degrees for 35-40 minutes, then remove the baking paper and bake it for 10-15 minutes at 150 degrees. Enjoy your meal.
