For Fish:
- 2 sea bream
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- 4-5 mushrooms _
- 5-6 shallots _
For sauce:
- 3 grated garlic
- 1 freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4-5 bay leaves
- 1/2 tea glass of oil
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
How to Make Baked Sea Bream with Vegetables Recipe?
- First, let's peel the mushrooms, wash them well and fry them in 1 tablespoon of butter for about 10 minutes. (It is very delicious if you roast the mushrooms in butter and then bake them in the oven.)
- For the fish sauce, let's put the oil, lemon juice, garlic, spices and salt in a deep bowl and mix it a little.
- Let's coat the fish in this sauce, put 2 bay leaves on it and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours. (If you don't have time, you can cook it directly, the fish will absorb the sauce as it waits and it will be more delicious.)
- Let's put the fish we took out of the fridge on the baking tray and sprinkle the mushrooms and onions among them.
- Let's share the margarine we cut into small pieces over and inside the fish.
- Let's first bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes.
- At the last stage, let's sprinkle the tomatoes in between and cook like this for 10 minutes. (The reason we add the tomatoes later is to prevent the tomatoes from burning.)
- Let's remove the bay leaves from the cooked fish and serve them hot. Enjoy your meal.
