  • 1 kilogram anchovy (boneless)
  • 1 onion _
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil

How to Make Baked Stuffed Anchovy Stuffed Recipe?

  • Finely chop the parsley and onion. Add chili pepper, black pepper and salt and mix.
  • Arrange three boneless anchovies side by side, slightly overlapping each other. Put the parsley mixture in the middle.
  • Wrap the anchovies and place them in the greased baking dish, with the joints at the bottom.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the anchovy wraps. (If the anchovies are not salted, add some salt to the olive oil and drizzle.)
