  • 2 haddock fillets ( cleaned)
  • 1 lemon _
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary (optional)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 potatoes _
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Baked Whiting Recipe?

  • Cut the potatoes and lemons into round slices. Cut the tomatoes in half, chop the onions into rings and peel the garlic.
  • Season the whiting with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Place baking paper on a tray lined with aluminum foil. Arrange the lemons and place the haddock on top.
  • Add the vegetables and rosemary pieces you prepared randomly.
