  • 200 grams black cod (cleaned)
  • 10 grams white miso (white soybean paste)
  • 10 grams mirin (rice wine)
  • 7 grams of sake
  • 2 grams soy sauce

How to Make Black Cod Fish Recipe?

  • After cleaning the cod fish, fillet it. Leave the skin of the fish you removed the bones on.
  • After boiling the sake and mirin and turning it into a sauce, season the fish and fry it upside down on the grill or in a cast iron pan with grill marks.
  • To serve with the fish, saute the boiled asparagus for a short time with the beech mushrooms, if desired.
  • Decorate the plate with white soybean paste. First, take the sautéed asparagus and beech mushrooms and place them on the grilled fish. Serve hot without waiting.
