How to Make Bonito Croquette Recipe?
- Separate the bones and skin of the fish fillet and chop it into small cubes. Fry the onion, garlic and fish in a pan until they are completely soft.
- Add the juice of half a lemon and spices. Let the mixture you take from the stove rest.
- Mash the boiled potatoes in a deep bowl, add the fish mixture, finely chopped dill and spring onion and mix well. Take walnut-sized pieces from the mixture and shape them into cylindrical prisms.
- Dip the croquettes first in flour, then in egg, and finally in bread crumbs, and fry in oil until golden brown.
- For the tarator sauce, blend all the ingredients except water and adjust the consistency by adding water. You can add arugula, red onion and lemon to the sauce and croquettes during presentation. Enjoy your meal.
