Bonito Recipe with Blood Orange Ponzu

Citrus fruits and ponzu go very well with acorns. Ponzu is a delicious soy sauce with added yuzu lemon. If you cannot find ponzu, you can add a mixture of lemon and tangerine juice to your soy sauce. Come to the kitchen for the recipe for bonito with blood orange ponzu.

- 1 blood orange
- 1 tablespoon lemon peel
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
How to Make Bonito Recipe with Blood Orange Ponzu?
- Dry the acorns thoroughly with a paper towel. Thoroughly clean the blood remaining in the bone.
- This is the part that leaves a bitter taste when cooked. Lightly oil the baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the bay leaves and place the acorn slices on your tray.
- Mix blood orange zest, juice, olive oil, ponzu, black pepper and zucchini peels in a bowl and spread on the bonitos.
