  • 1 blood orange
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 8 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

How to Make Bonito Recipe with Blood Orange Ponzu?

  • Dry the acorns thoroughly with a paper towel. Thoroughly clean the blood remaining in the bone.
