  • 2 onions _
  • 2 potatoes _
  • 1 bonito (large )
  • 2 tomatoes _
  • 2 green peppers
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tea glass of water
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 4 slices of lemon
  • 4 teaspoons of butter

  • 1 pinch of parsley

How to Make Bonito Sour Recipe?

  • Peel the onions and potatoes and chop them into very thin rings. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Chop the peppers and garlic into thin rings.
  • Chop the bonito into thick rings and clean out all the black inside.
  • In a wide, thick-bottomed pan with a lid, place the onions first, then the potatoes, one by one. Place the bonitos and add tomatoes, green peppers and garlic respectively.
  • Pour salt, black pepper, lemon juice, water and olive oil over all the ingredients. Finally, add lemon slices and butter pieces and close the lid.
  • Put the food on the stove, first on high heat, then continue cooking on low heat when you see it boiling. Check the potatoes with the tip of a knife, if they are soft, remove the dish from the stove.
  • Let the bonito sour sauce rest for 5 minutes and serve by sprinkling finely chopped parsley leaves on it. Enjoy your meal.
