  • 1 kilogram of anchovy
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2/3 cup corn flour (or you can use regular flour.)
  • 3-4 tablespoons of oil

How to Make Crispy Anchovy Pan Recipe?

  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the cleaned anchovies and mix. Add 3-4 tablespoons of oil to the pan you will use and distribute the oil on the bottom of the pan.
  • Then coat it in corn flour and place it on the oiled pan. (I recommend you watch the video.) Put it on the stove and wait until it turns golden brown. When one side is browned, turn the fish using a lid the same diameter as the pan.
  • Add a little more oil to the pan and return the fish to the pan. When the other side is browned, you can take it off the stove and serve.
