Ingredients for Crispy Anchovy Recipe in Airfryer
  • 10 anchovies ( cleaned )
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

How to Make Crispy Anchovy Recipe in Airfryer?

  • Lightly salt the anchovies and leave them in a strainer for 10 minutes.
  • Turn the Airfryer on fish mode and let it heat for 3 minutes.
  • Dry the anchovies with a napkin and coat all surfaces with cornmeal.
  • Oil the hot bowl with a brush and place the fish in the bowl. Oil the fish and start the cooking process.
  • Every 2-3 minutes, remove the bowl and shake the anchovies to turn them upside down. Continue the process for about 10 minutes until the anchovies are golden brown and serve hot.
