We love crispy chicken... Right? We can't get enough of dipping it in lots of sauce and eating it. We know this, but what if this time we attribute this crispness entirely to fish?

Whiting is perfect for this recipe... We wash the delicious, cleaned fillets and dip them in cornflakes, spiced flour and eggs. We loved this taste. Try it too.

  • 8 whiting fillets
  • 2 cups cornflakes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs _
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 cups frying oil

How to Make Crispy Fish Recipe?

  • After washing the fillets, drain the water thoroughly.
  • Put the flour in a bowl, the corn flakes in a bowl, and the beaten eggs in a bowl.
  • Add spices and salt into the flour.
  • Dip the fish first in the flour, then the egg, and then the flakes.
  • Leave it in this state in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Fry the fish in well-heated oil.
