Everything about anchovies is wonderful, from steamed to pilaf. It is used not only in our kitchens, but also in world cuisines. One of the dishes in which anchovy is the main ingredient is the French cuisine dish called "Filets d'Anchois". We decided to prepare this dish, which is wonderful to present and eat, so we rolled up our sleeves.
Just as the hunting season has started and the fresh anchovies are starting to decorate the stalls, there is no one left who doesn't try it.
- 1/2 kilogram fillet anchovy
- 1 cup corn flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons frying oil
To decorate the plate:
- 1 teaspoon pesto sauce
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1 basil leaf
- 1 arugula leaf
- 1/2 shallot _
- 1 slice of tomato
How to Make Filet Anchovy Pan Recipe?
- Mix the corn flour well with salt and pepper.
- Wash the anchovy fillets thoroughly and mix them thoroughly with the corn flour mixture.
- Add oil to the pan and heat it slightly.
- Cook the anchovies coated in flour, both sides, in the pan. Add oil as it decreases.
- Then, place the cooked fish in a plate covered with a napkin and drain any excess oil.
- Spread pesto or tomato sauce, if desired, on a serving plate. Finely chop the arugula, basil and onion. Place a slice of tomato and place your fish. Serve with olive oil on top.
