- 300 grams gluten flour
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 60 grams of corn flour
- 250 ml. beer
- 15 grams of granulated sugar
- 250 ml. soda
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 30 grams of yeast
How to Make Fish and Chips Mix Recipe?
- Sift the flour and dry ingredients. Make a well in the middle and add yeast, beer and soda. After letting it sit for 10 minutes, whisk it and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
