Today I will give you the recipe for fish and chips, the famous British snack. Of course, french fries are a must. But I preferred to eat it with a salad. I made it from cleaned, frozen fish sold in markets. If you want, you can have your fisherman fillet it. Be sure to try the recipe.

  • 200 grams of haddock fillet
  • 100 milliliters of flour
  • 1 egg _
  • 2 tablespoons of starch
  • 100 milliliters of mineral water
  • 3/4 tea glass of milk
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 water glass measure of oil

How to Make Fish and Chips Recipe?

  • To make the coating mixture, add the egg and milk to a bowl and whisk. Add flour and corn starch and adjust the consistency by adding mineral water little by little.
  • It will be a very thick mortar similar to boza. Add salt and pepper and mix.
