Today I will give you the recipe for fish and chips, the famous British snack. Of course, french fries are a must. But I preferred to eat it with a salad. I made it from cleaned, frozen fish sold in markets. If you want, you can have your fisherman fillet it. Be sure to try the recipe.
- 200 grams of haddock fillet
- 100 milliliters of flour

- 2 tablespoons of starch
- 100 milliliters of mineral water
- 3/4 tea glass of milk
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 water glass measure of oil
How to Make Fish and Chips Recipe?
- To make the coating mixture, add the egg and milk to a bowl and whisk. Add flour and corn starch and adjust the consistency by adding mineral water little by little.
