We went shopping to prepare the fish and bread you eat outside in a much more economical way at home. We bought our fresh bread from the oven. Meanwhile, we asked the fisherman in our neighborhood which fish would make the best fish and bread, and we bought the seasonal mackerel and entered the kitchen.
We have prepared our indispensable ingredients, onion, tomato and arugula, which will be added to the fish and bread. While our fish were cooking in the pan, we prepared them. We added fish and other ingredients to the bread and enhanced its flavor with our favorite spices. Here is our homemade fish bread recipe ready! Enjoy your meal.
- 2 mackerel (fillets )
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 whole bread
- 1 onion _
- 2 teaspoons sumac
- 1 pinch parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 tomato (sliced )
- 6 leaves of arugula
- 1 teaspoon salt
How to Make Fish Bread Recipe?
- Place the fillet mackerel fish, oiled on both sides, into a hot pan and cook both sides.
- Chop the onions into half moons, add salt and rub them. Add sumac and chopped parsley and mix.
- Take the inside of the bread cut in half and place the cooked fish.
- Add sumac onion on top.
- Add thinly sliced tomatoes.
- Finally, add the arugula and sprinkle with salt.
- You can serve it with lemon slices. Enjoy your meal!
