We give you a crispy fish recipe. We also crown it with a delicious sauce of mayonnaise, mustard and dill. We're not even talking about the softness of the burger bun. This recipe might be my all-time favorite.
You can also use any other sauces you want. Bon appetit in advance!
For Fish Coating:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 bottle of mineral water
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 6 ice cubes
- 2 sea bass fillets
For Frying:
- 2 cups sunflower oil
For the Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 5 gherkins _
- 1 handful of dill
For Burger Bread:
- 330 grams of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 grams of milk (at room temperature)
- 30 grams of sugar
- 1 pack of dry yeast
- 1 egg (medium size )
- 70 grams of butter (at room temperature)
To Decorate:
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon sesame
How to Make Fish Burger Recipe?
- Cut the fish fillets into two equal pieces and remove any bones.
- Mix flour, salt, mineral water and vinegar. Add ice and continue mixing.
- Dip the fish into the mixture. Strain out the excess. Cook both sides in hot oil for 4-5 minutes.
