  • 4 haddock fillets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 cups frying oil

How to Make Fish Croquettes Recipe?

  • Peel the potatoes and boil them with 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • Boil the fish you will use in boiling water for 5-6 minutes. If it disperses, strain it using a strainer.
  • Place the boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
  • Before the potatoes get cold, add the butter and mix it into the potatoes. Add the milk last and let it cool.
  • Add the spices. Mix the boiled fish with the potatoes and bring it to a shapeable consistency.
