  • 1 sea bass (cleaned)

  • 1 liter of water

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion (diced )
  • 1 carrot (diced )
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 1 potato (diced )
  • 3 tablespoons of rice
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley

How to Make Fish Soup Recipe?

  • Add the onion cut into large pieces, 2 cloves of garlic, the cleaned sea bass meat, thyme and 1 liter of water into the pot. After boiling, set the pot aside.
  • Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a pot.
