Ingredients for Fish Soup Recipe
  • 300-400 grams of fish meat
  • 5-6 glasses of water
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 carrot _
  • 1 potato _
  • 1 piece of celery
  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon (heaping) flour
  • 1-2 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper

How to Make Fish Soup Recipe?

  • Add the fish, bay leaf and water to a pot and boil until the fish is cooked. We drain the water and separate the fish bones from the meat. We dice the onion and dice the other vegetables.
  • We fry the onion in oil in a pan. We add carrots and sauté them. Then we add potatoes and celery and saute some more. We add turmeric and red pepper powder and mix.
  • We roast the flour in butter in a pot until it smells. We add the fish water. We add the sautéed vegetables and cook until the vegetables soften.
  • Then we add the fish, salt and pepper. Lastly, we add chopped parsley and turn off the heat. Enjoy your meal.
