  • 1 sole fish
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 slice of lemon

How to Make Flounder Recipe?

  • Wash the sole fillet, removing the skin and bones, in plenty of water and dry the excess water with a paper towel.
