- 2 sole fish
- 3 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
For Frying:
- 1.5 cups of oil
How to Make Fried Flounder Recipe?
- Add corn flour, salt and pepper to a plate and mix well. After washing the sole fish, remove excess water with a paper towel and place it on a plate.
- Coat both sides of the sole fish with the corn flour mixture in a thin layer.
- Take oil in a large pan and heat it thoroughly. Throw the fish into the hot oil.
- Cook for about 4 minutes on each side.
- Place the cooked fish on a plate lined with paper towels and drain off excess oil.
- You can serve it with salad and lemon slices. Enjoy your meal!
