Ingredients for Fried Flounder Recipe
  • 2 sole fish
  • 3 tablespoons corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For Frying:

  • 1.5 cups of oil

How to Make Fried Flounder Recipe?

  • Add corn flour, salt and pepper to a plate and mix well. After washing the sole fish, remove excess water with a paper towel and place it on a plate.
  • Coat both sides of the sole fish with the corn flour mixture in a thin layer.
  • Take oil in a large pan and heat it thoroughly. Throw the fish into the hot oil.
  • Cook for about 4 minutes on each side.
  • Place the cooked fish on a plate lined with paper towels and drain off excess oil.
  • You can serve it with salad and lemon slices. Enjoy your meal!
