  • 2 sole fish
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Fried Flounder Recipe?

  • After washing the skinned sole fish, dry it thoroughly.
  • Coat both sides of the sole fish in a thin layer of flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large non-stick pan. Cook the fish on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side.
  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of thyme, a small amount of salt and black pepper into the remaining oil and mix.
