- 2 sole fish
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 spoonful butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How to Make Fried Flounder Recipe?
- After washing the skinned sole fish, dry it thoroughly.
- Coat both sides of the sole fish in a thin layer of flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large non-stick pan. Cook the fish on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side.
