How to Make Fried Horse Mackerel Recipe?
- Remove the inner parts of the horse mackerel after washing it in plenty of water. Do not remove the head and tail parts.
- Drain the water of the fish that you have cleaned and rinsed. Remove excess water with a paper towel if necessary.
- Salt the fish, even in the middle. After sifting the corn flour to avoid coarse grains, place it on a flat serving plate.
- Coat the salted fish both front and back in corn flour. Optionally, heat corn oil in a Teflon pan.
- Fry the horse mackerel coated in corn flour, turning it upside down, until it turns brown.
- Place the fried fish on a serving plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with red onion and lemon slices cut into rings. Share the crispy horse mackerel with your loved ones.
