Ingredients for Fried Sardine Recipe
  • 1 kilogram of sardine fish
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 water glass measure of oil

How to Make Fried Sardine Recipe?

  • To fry sardines, remove the head and bones and fillet the sardines. Wash it in plenty of water and drain the excess water. Prepare the corn flour and salt mixture.
  • Take two of the filleted sardines in your hand, with their inner parts overlapping each other, and press them.
  • When they stick together, roll them in corn flour.
  • Throw the fish into the sunflower oil heated in a deep pan.
  • Cook on both sides until nicely browned.
  • Place the cooked anchovy birds on a plate.
  • Serve and enjoy!
