Salt, baking soda, granulated sugar and mineral water are more than enough to soften them with your love. Thanks to this sauce, they cook crispy without absorbing oil. If you are ready, let's start, heat the oil.
- 300 grams of squid
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 bottle of mineral water
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup flour
To fry:
- 1/2 cup oil
How to Make Fried Squid Recipe?
- Place the squids in a deep bowl, add carnonate, sugar and lemon juice and knead for about 15-20 minutes. The squids will foam as you knead them. Be sure to knead the squid to soften it.
- Add mineral water to it, stretch it and let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours. The longer it rests, the more delicious and soft it will be.
- Drain the squids you took out of the refrigerator.
- Add salt into the flour and mix. Coat the squid in flour. Put the oil in the pan and heat it.
- Fry in hot oil for 5 minutes. Place it on paper towel and drain the excess oil.
- Serve with tarator sauce. Enjoy your meal.
