The most common way to cook sea bass, which is not an oily fish, is to steam it with the addition of plenty of vegetables. In this recipe, sea bass is combined with an intense and thick ginger sauce. Ginger sea bass prepared in this way has a taste somewhere between grilled and fried.

Ginger sea bass, which does not pollute the environment because it is cooked in wax paper, is a practical option for fish menus.
