Ingredients for Green Tea Salmon Recipe
  • 3 salmon _
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 bag of green tea
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 handful of bay leaves

How to Make Green Tea Salmon Recipe?

  • In a deep bowl, pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper over the salmon slices. We add green tea to it and mix it together.
  • In another bowl, we cut the potatoes into large cubes, add olive oil, salt, thyme, turmeric and half a teaspoon of black pepper and mix them.
  • First we put the salmon on top of the potatoes in the oven tray. We pour the water into the bowl in which we blended the spices and pour the oily water into the bowl. We sprinkle bay leaves on top for scent.
  • We bake it in the oven for about 35 minutes and serve.
