Grilled rock bass on basil mashed potatoes, sea bean salad with arugula and sesame oil sauce. If they meet on the same plate, wouldn't it make for a festive dinner?

Ingredients for Grilled Rock Bass Recipe
  • 200 grams of fillet rock bass

For mashed potatoes:

  • 250 grams of potatoes
  • 30 grams of cream
  • 30 grams of basil

For the sesame oil sauce:

  • 100 ml. rice vinegar
  • 60 ml. Sesame oil
  • 100 grams of honey
  • 80 ml. white wine vinegar
  • 120 ml. soy sauce
  • 40 grams of mustard
  • 60 ml. lemon juice
  • 460 ml. olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon maldon sea salt
  • 1 gram of black pepper

Sea bean salad:

  • 100 grams of sea beans (cleaned and briefly boiled)
  • 1 baby radish (boiled )
  • 1 small root of fresh ginger
  • 1/4 bunch of fresh arugula leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender

How to Make Grilled Rock Bass Recipe?

  • For the sea bean salad and the sesame oil sauce you will use to serve the meal; Mix rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, white wine vinegar, soy sauce, grain mustard, lemon juice and black pepper with the help of a blender.
  • Add olive oil and sea salt, mix and keep aside for later use.
  • For mashed potatoes; Boil the potatoes in boiling water. Mix basil and cream in a food processor and turn into sauce. Mix the hot mashed boiled potatoes with the basil cream mixture.
  • For the sea beans salad, use sea beans that are quickly boiled in hot water and frozen in cold water; Mix it with boiled and halved baby radishes, cleaned arugula leaves, peeled fresh ginger cut into strips, salt and powdered white pepper. Season with some of the sesame oil sauce you prepared beforehand.
  • Turn the rock bass, with its bones removed and skin on, upside down on the grill and cook over high heat. Place the basil mashed potatoes you prepared on a serving plate. Place grilled fish on top. Decorate with sea bean salad and dried lavender. Pour sesame oil sauce on it and share it with your loved ones without waiting.
