For fish:
- 3-4 slices of salmon
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove grated garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 5-6 black peppercorns
- 1 bay leaf ( preferably)
For potato gratin:
- 3 potatoes _
- 1/2 pack of liquid cream
- 1 tea glass of milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 clove grated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tea glass of grated cheddar cheese (for topping)
How to Make Grilled Salmon Recipe?
- First, the fish is marinated. The necessary ingredients are mixed in a bowl and spread on the fish. It is stretched and left to rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- For potato gratin, peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Add cream, milk, melted butter, grated garlic, salt and spices and mix.
- If milk is not enough, you can add 1 more coffee cup. Place it in a suitable baking dish (I can use a small square or rectangular baking dish). Salmon are placed in a suitable baking dish.
- Sprinkle with black peppercorns and bay leaves. I placed them both on the oven rack at the same time. It is left to cook at 200 degrees.
- After 20-25 minutes, when the potatoes become soft, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake until golden brown. Once the initial heat subsides, it is served with salad. Enjoy your meal.
