You can't avoid eating crispy sardine fish, grilled in a very short time, at its fattest period. Although we have shared a little sauce tip for serving, fish cannot be complete without salad. Our recommendation for this is Panzanella, which is hidden in bread.

Ingredients for Grilled Sardine Recipe
  • 1 kilogram of sardine fish
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

For service:

  • 1 lemon _
  • 1 medium size lettuce

How to Make Grilled Sardine Recipe?

  • Remove the inner parts of the sardine fish by rubbing their scales with your hand and use your thumb to remove them. Wash it in plenty of water and dry it, then salt it with sea salt.
  • Arrange the sardine fish in rows on the wire rack. Mix the olive oil and freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl. Apply it lightly on the fish using a brush.
  • Cook the grilled fish in a short time by turning them upside down. Don't forget to oil them with olive oil in between.
  • Line the bottom of the serving plate with cleaned lettuce leaves. Slice the lemon. Place the grilled fish in the middle of the plate for a visual feast. Share this healthy flavor with your loved ones accompanied by a salad.
