How to Make Grilled Wedge Bonito Recipe?
- Clean the inside of the acorn after opening its belly. Using a sharp knife, cut the head of the acorn into thick slices.
- Wash the wedge fish slices in plenty of water to drain the blood. After draining the excess water, dry it with a paper towel.
- After salting the bonito slices, place them on the heated grill, spaced apart. Cook the fish slices with olive oil on them, turning them upside down in between.
