  • 240 grams of fresh squid rings
  • 12 carabiga shrimps
  • 400 grams cleaned black sea anchovy
  • 400 grams of cleaned horse mackerel
  • 200 grams semolina (semolina flour)
  • 15 grams of sea salt

To fry:

  • 3 cups sunflower or hazelnut oil

  • 2 medium sized lemons

  • Spread very fine semolina and semolina flour on a flat plate.
  • Transfer oil to a large frying pan and heat it at 160 degrees.
