- 20 inner mussels
- 20 vine leaves
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 pinch of dill
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 1 tomato _
- 1 spring onion
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pinch of currants
- 1-2 teaspoons of pomegranate syrup
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2-3 slices of lemon
- 1 teaspoon of salt
How to Make Mussels Wrapped in Vine Leaves Recipe?
- First of all, we wash our mussels and rice. Then we add cleaned inner mussels, spices, grated tomatoes, finely chopped dill, parsley and spring onions to our rice.
- We add salt according to your preference and prepare a nice stuffed pilaf.
- We wash our fresh vine leaves by running them through cold water without boiling them. And we wrap the mussel stuffing pilaf we prepared, with 1 mussel inside each leaf.
- We arrange our stuffed wraps in a small pot. We put plenty of olive oil, 2-3 slices of lemon on them, add their juice, cover the plate and let them cook over low heat. We serve it with the addition of pomegranate syrup.
