  • 400 grams paccheri pasta
  • 500 grams of whole red mullet
  • 500 grams of fresh tomato puree
  • 10cl . red wine
  • 20cl . extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 grams of fresh garlic
  • 120 grams of white onion
  • 10 grams of fresh basil
  • 10 grams of fresh thyme
  • 30 grams of salt
  • 3 grams of hot pepper
  • 2 liters of cold water

How to Make Paccheri Pasta and Mullet Stew Recipe?

  • Wash all red mullet fish after cleaning them. Remove fillets from the fish, setting aside the bones and head parts.
  • Chop the garlic, white onion and basil into small pieces. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan.
