A healthy Grand Tarabya READ Cafe salmon recipe, with its skin shining brightly with balsamic sauce, is offered to gourmets with sautéed spinach and mashed potatoes.

- 180 grams salmon fillet (skin on)
- 100 grams boiled (potatoes)
- 1/2 cup cream
- 200 grams of spinach
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil (for spinach puree)
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
For service:
- 2 cherry tomatoes ( oven-fried)
- 1/2 cup ground balsamic sauce
How to Make Pan-Fried Salmon Recipe with Sauteed Spinach and Mashed Potatoes?
- If desired, marinate the salmon with olive oil and rosemary, turn it upside down in a heated oil-free pan and fry for 2 minutes on both sides.
- Continue cooking the fillet salmon sealed in the pan in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes.
- Peel the boiled potatoes. Puree with the addition of cream, salt and thyme.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a pan. Sauté the spinach for 2 minutes, using the dry spices you desire.
- For use in your service; Fry cherry tomatoes whole, with their skins, in deep oil.
- Spread the mashed potatoes on a large serving plate. Add sautéed spinach on top. Place the cooked salmon on top.
- Place the fried tomatoes on a plate. Pour the balsamic sauce over the fish as desired and serve immediately. Share with your loved ones.
