Ingredients for Pan-Fried Salmon with Sauteed Spinach and Mashed Potatoes Recipe
  • 180 grams salmon fillet (skin on)
  • 100 grams boiled (potatoes)
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 200 grams of spinach
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil (for spinach puree)
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For service:

  • 2 cherry tomatoes ( oven-fried)
  • 1/2 cup ground balsamic sauce

How to Make Pan-Fried Salmon Recipe with Sauteed Spinach and Mashed Potatoes?

  • If desired, marinate the salmon with olive oil and rosemary, turn it upside down in a heated oil-free pan and fry for 2 minutes on both sides.
  • Continue cooking the fillet salmon sealed in the pan in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 5 minutes.
  • Peel the boiled potatoes. Puree with the addition of cream, salt and thyme.
  • Heat the sunflower oil in a pan. Sauté the spinach for 2 minutes, using the dry spices you desire.
  • For use in your service; Fry cherry tomatoes whole, with their skins, in deep oil.
  • Spread the mashed potatoes on a large serving plate. Add sautéed spinach on top. Place the cooked salmon on top.
  • Place the fried tomatoes on a plate. Pour the balsamic sauce over the fish as desired and serve immediately. Share with your loved ones.
