- 1/2 kilogram of salmon
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons of red pepper powder

- 2 medium sized potatoes
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1 medium size carrot
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar

- First, we put the salmon in a deep bowl. We add two tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of black pepper, powdered red pepper and salt.
- We add a few drops of lemon juice and mix. We keep the fish in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- In a separate bowl, we put the diced potatoes, diced carrots, diced onions, spices, vinegar, salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- We mix all the ingredients thoroughly. We take 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot. We add the vegetable mixture to the pot.
