  • 1/2 kilogram of salmon
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of red pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 4-5 drops of lemon juice
  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 1 medium size carrot
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar

How to Make Pan-Fried Salmon with Vegetables Recipe?

  • First, we put the salmon in a deep bowl. We add two tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of black pepper, powdered red pepper and salt.
  • We add a few drops of lemon juice and mix. We keep the fish in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • In a separate bowl, we put the diced potatoes, diced carrots, diced onions, spices, vinegar, salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • We mix all the ingredients thoroughly. We take 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot. We add the vegetable mixture to the pot.
  • We roast the vegetables for 5-6 minutes. We arrange the salmon so that they touch the pot. We fry both front and back over high heat. We turn down the heat.
