How to Make Red Mullet Recipe?
- Red mullet fish are cleaned so that their tails remain. Their bones and scales are removed. Mustard grains are spread inside and wrapped with zucchini flowers.
- Red mullet fish are cooked in olive oil in a Teflon pan for about 4 minutes.
- Asparagus is peeled, boiled in salted water for a short time, and then kept in cold and icy water.
- The ends of the garlic are cut off and placed in a bowl. After adding olive oil, salt and chili pepper, it is baked in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 45 minutes.
- For the fish sauce; Melt the butter. Add garlic and keep it on low heat until it turns brown. Season with soy sauce.
- Heat the grated Parmesan cheese in a Teflon pan with a little olive oil.
