- 1/2 kg. prawn
- 1 kilogram red mullet
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bay leaf

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons of oil
How to Make Red Mullet Recipe with Vegetable and Shrimp Stuffing?
- Cleaned and deboned fish are blended with olive oil, salt, black pepper and bay leaf.
- Chop the onion, fry it in a pan and add the garlic when it is almost pink.
- Then add the peppers, which we cut a little larger than the onion.
- After the peppers soften a little, add the chard.
- After releasing and absorbing the water from the chard, add the shrimps. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add salt and black pepper without taking it off the stove.
- The stuffing we have prepared is stuffed into red mullet fish whose bones have been removed.
- The fish are placed on a tray covered with wax paper.
