  • 1/2 kg. prawn
  • 1 kilogram red mullet
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 bunch of chard
  • 1 onion _
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

How to Make Red Mullet Recipe with Vegetable and Shrimp Stuffing?

  • Cleaned and deboned fish are blended with olive oil, salt, black pepper and bay leaf.
  • Chop the onion, fry it in a pan and add the garlic when it is almost pink.
  • Then add the peppers, which we cut a little larger than the onion.
  • After the peppers soften a little, add the chard.
  • After releasing and absorbing the water from the chard, add the shrimps. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Add salt and black pepper without taking it off the stove.
  • The stuffing we have prepared is stuffed into red mullet fish whose bones have been removed.
  • The fish are placed on a tray covered with wax paper.
