  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • 1/2 can tuna (with oil)
  • 4 sprigs of spring onion
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of dried mint
  • 1 pinch of chili pepper
  • juice of 1/4 lemon

How to Make Roast Potatoes with Tuna Recipe?

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into large cubes and boil them in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes until tender.
  • Strain the boiled potatoes.
  • Heat a large pan over medium heat, add the fish oil and potatoes and sauté until they turn light brown.
  • When the potatoes take color, add the spices, finely chopped spring onions and tuna to the pan, stir and remove the dish from the stove.
  • Serve the roast hot. Enjoy your meal.
