Ingredients for Roasted Salmon and Zucchini with Teriyaki Sauce Recipe
  • 2 pieces of salmon

For sauce:

  • 1 piece grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons of honey

For the pumpkins:

  • 2 zucchinis _
  • 1-2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

How to Make Roasted Salmon and Zucchini with Teriyaki Sauce Recipe?

  • Mix the sauce ingredients for the salmon, coat the salmon thoroughly in the sauce, cover it and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
  • Place salmon in hot non-stick pan. If the skin is still on, let the skinned part come to the pan, fry for 5 minutes, then fry the other sides for two minutes.
  • Pour the remaining sauce over it and leave it on the stove for another 1-2 minutes until it absorbs itself. Salmon is ready.
  • For the zucchini, chop the zucchini finely and cook, stirring, in a hot pan with oil over medium/high heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Finally, add salt and turmeric and your meal is ready.
