- 2 pieces of salmon
For sauce:
- 1 piece grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons of honey
For the pumpkins:
- 2 zucchinis _
- 1-2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
How to Make Roasted Salmon and Zucchini with Teriyaki Sauce Recipe?
- Mix the sauce ingredients for the salmon, coat the salmon thoroughly in the sauce, cover it and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Place salmon in hot non-stick pan. If the skin is still on, let the skinned part come to the pan, fry for 5 minutes, then fry the other sides for two minutes.
