When you think of a hamburger, your brain's taste perception peaks, while the first symptoms of the feeling of guilt after eating begin to appear.
Although hamburger is a calorie bombardment with its fatty ground meat, sauces and bread, it is a taste that is very difficult to resist. We also know that the more we cut calories, the more we will have to cut taste. That's why, instead of a fatty hamburger patty, we made a delicious fish patty with salmon, the fattest fish, and wrote a recipe with lighter sauces.
Salmon burger is a delicious and healthier recipe that allows you to get omega 3 instead of cholesterol while giving you the feeling of a burger.
For the salmon patties:
- 100 grams of boiled salmon
- 1 egg _
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 1 sprig of spring onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of oil
For the burger:
- 2 thin slices tomatoes
- 3 leaves of arugula
- 1/3 red onion
- 1 tablespoon tartar sauce
- 1 burger bun
How to Make Salmon Burger Recipe?
- Chop the spring onion and parsley as finely as possible.
- Mix all burger ingredients except oil and shape into a hamburger patty.
- Heat the oil and cook your meatballs for three minutes on both sides in the very hot oil.
- Set the cooked meatballs aside. Place arugula, tomato, meatballs, onions and sauce on the hamburger bun, respectively.
