- 50 grams salmon fillet
- 5 grams diced green apple with peel
- 5 grams diced orange peel
For salmon marination:
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
For the sauce:
- 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon ice cold water
For service:
- 1 teaspoon pesto sauce
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
How to Make Salmon Marinade Recipe?
- Separate the salmon fillet into leaves. Mix it with freshly squeezed lemon juice and apple cider vinegar and let it sit for 1 hour.
- To prepare the sauce; Mix oyster sauce, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sunflower oil, egg yolk and ice cold water in a blender.
- Salmon waiting in marination mixture; Blend the sauce you prepared with the peeled green apple and orange peel pieces.
- Leave the appetizer in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to absorb the sauce.
- Serve immediately with pesto sauce and fresh thyme leaves. Share with your loved ones.
