Ingredients for Salmon Marinade Recipe
  • 50 grams salmon fillet
  • 5 grams diced green apple with peel
  • 5 grams diced orange peel

For salmon marination:

  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

For the sauce:

  • 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon ice cold water

For service:

  • 1 teaspoon pesto sauce
  • 1 sprig of fresh thyme

How to Make Salmon Marinade Recipe?

  • Separate the salmon fillet into leaves. Mix it with freshly squeezed lemon juice and apple cider vinegar and let it sit for 1 hour.
  • To prepare the sauce; Mix oyster sauce, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sunflower oil, egg yolk and ice cold water in a blender.
  • Salmon waiting in marination mixture; Blend the sauce you prepared with the peeled green apple and orange peel pieces.
  • Leave the appetizer in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to absorb the sauce.
  • Serve immediately with pesto sauce and fresh thyme leaves. Share with your loved ones.
