Just a few small touches are enough to make salmon, rich in omega-3 fatty acids and grown in cold waters, even more delicious.

Olive oil, bay leaf, lemon juice, dry spices and a clove of crushed garlic if desired... Since it is an oily fish, the best thing you can do to salmon that will be grilled or baked in the oven is to combine it with these ingredients that you will add to its recipe.

 
Ingredients for Salmon Recipe
  • 2 slices salmon (sliced slightly thickly into wedges)
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For service:

  • 1 slice of lemon

How to Make Salmon Recipe?

  • Mix olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, bay leaf, black peppercorns and salt in a large bowl.
  • Put the salmon slices in this mixture and keep them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Take it out of the refrigerator and cook it briefly, turning it upside down on a preheated grill.
  • Share it hot with lemon slices and greens with your loved ones.
