I try to eat fish twice a week. I think there is no fish I don't like. I love it most when I cook it according to my own taste.
Since I am in a slightly healthy phase, I wanted to try baking on paper this time. It turned out really juicy and soft! I also made baked potato chips on the side.
I just oiled it a little and added salt, black pepper and thyme. It was a great menu!
- 3 slices of salmon
- 1 red onion
- 1 lemon _
- 1/2 pack of mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 teaspoons of salt
How to Make Salmon Recipe on Paper?
- Preset your oven to 220 degrees.
- Place the baking paper on the counter and place the salmon a little closer to you.
- Rub it with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then add 1 teaspoon of salt and garlic powder.
- Put some black pepper balls on top. Then add lemon, onion and mushrooms respectively.
- Move the baking paper from back to front, cover the salmon by folding the edges, and place it on the baking tray.
- I baked it for about 25 minutes and it came out soft! Enjoy your meal!
