Today, we cut the salmon into cubes instead of preparing it in the slice form we are used to. We first add onion and ginger to add aroma and flavor, and then add teriyaki sauce, which suits fish best. All that's left is to combine it with spring onions and dill and enjoy.

Ingredients for Salmon with Teriyaki Sauce Recipe

For salmon:

  • 2 onions _
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 500 grams of salmon (diced)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 5 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

For the above:

  • 3 sprigs of spring onion
  • 5 sprigs of dill

How to Make Salmon Recipe with Teriyaki Sauce?

  • Place a deep and large pan on the stove, turn the heat on high and let it heat up.
  • Chop the onions into half-moon shapes of medium thickness. Add the onions to the pan along with the oil.
  • While the onions are sauteed, chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces. Chop the bell pepper into long strips.
  • When the onions start to soften, add the salmon, garlic and ginger to the pan.
  • When the salmon changes color, add peppers, teriyaki sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and salt, cook for another 2 minutes, remove from the stove and transfer to a serving plate.
  • Add freshly chopped dill and spring onion pieces to the salmon and serve. Enjoy your meal.
