  • Salmon, whose bones have been cleaned and cut into cubes, is purchased from the fishmonger.
  • Peppers are chopped into cubes and mixed with the salmon by adding olive oil, rosemary and salt.
  • Cherry tomatoes, peppers and salmon are strung on skewers in order.
  • The skewers are cooked on the barbecue or in the grill section of the oven until golden brown.
